Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: • Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure participation in the training session. Confirmation of booking shall be issued upon receipt of payment and will include all relevant training details. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations submitted fewer than two (2) days but more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled training date shall be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund or the option to rebook the session without additional charges. • Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled training date are deemed non-refundable and ineligible for rebooking. Rebooking Policy: • Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled training. Rebooking is contingent upon availability and shall not incur additional fees if compliant with this timeframe. • Requests to rebook submitted less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the session shall be subject to a rescheduling fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original booking fee. Refund Policy: • Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval. Administrative fees associated with processing cancellations may be non-refundable. No-Show Policy: • Failure to attend the training session without prior notice (a "No-Show") shall result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee. No refunds or rebooking options shall be provided. Changes by Provider: • In the event the Provider cancels or reschedules a training session, participants shall be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to rebook the session at no additional cost.
